How To Take Care Of Yourself After A Breast Lift Surgery?

Don’t Wear Tight Clothes:-

After a breast lift surgery, it is better for each patient to wear some loose clothes. During the recovery stage wearing tight clothes sometimes leads to bleeding, pain, etc. So if your bra or top is tight, then it is better to immediately switch to an old or regular used or loose bra that feels comfortable. Wearing too-tight clothes can cause ulceration of the skin. 

Avoid High Exercise:-

During the recovery stage, the patients must do small, slow walks, but must avoid doing any kind of exercise, until recommended by the experts. Doing high exercises such as weight lifting, running, lifting any heavy object, etc. Affects the stitches as well as becomes the reason behind bleeding, rashes, pain, etc. Regular slow walks help to decreases the risk of blood clots as well as help dissipate swelling.

Keep Everything Clean:-

It is usually recommended by the experts to avoid bathing, show for the first few days of the recovery. But it is also essential for each patient to keep everything clean. Those who cant avoid showering are suggested to take sponge baths for the first few days to keep their incisions dry.
